Mr. Bellenghi is a former partner with Cappadona & Oldman, where he specialized in labor and employment and probate litigation. Mr. Bellenghi is a recognized and respected litigator in California and the District of Columbia. His areas of expertise include: employment discrimination on the basis of age, sex, race and/or disability, labor management relations, and wage and hour issues.
Mr. Bellenghi has also represented employers in management/union labor arbitrations and contract negotiations, before federal and state regulatory agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the United States Department of Labor, the California Department of Fair Employment & Housing, and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
Mr. Bellenghi is a former court-appointed Arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court, as well as a former Judge Pro-Tem for the Los Angeles Municipal Court. Mr. Bellenghi is a former President of the Italian American Lawyers Association, and is fluent in both Italian and Spanish.
